A. F. Tax & Legal Consulting consists of two main business pillars, which are the Legal Department, the Department of Accounting and Management Consultancy.
The Legal Department is in charge of Lic. Francisco Arias Fernandez, who has over nine years of experience in legal matters in which it has developed a complex advice ranging from labor, tax, administrative law, Immigration, Civil, Corporate and Notarial function, Mr. Arias is a graduate of the Spanish-American University and has a degree in Notarial Law Registry
The Accounting Administrative Area is in charge of Mrs. Magda Fernandez Guevara, who has extensive professional career of more than thirty-three, Dona Magda has worked in financial institutions, and has over 25 years advising companies since its inception helping them operational accounting, financial structure and advising on Tax matters, he has been studying at the University in National University and an Advanced Management Program at INCAE.
